Are They a Spoils of War?

Dag: I'm not sure whether the airlines have the right to base planes there and fy them. They're actually spoils of war, if you want to use that term, that were granted to at one point panam and northwest airlines. Those now are held by united in delta because of the mergers and things that have happened. What it did was allow them to fly through routing of flights from the us and pick up local traffic,. which is a little bit different.
