Is This a European Problem?
The idea of the revolt against international law used to be thought of at least in the United States, I think as an American problem. My European friends are just in dismay over the national courts and still seem to articulate this as misbehavior by short-sighted populace rather than a fundamental change in the system. The fact that it's happening across so many different kinds of Western states suggest that it is the change in thesystem.
