Gastrocolic reflex can be related to constipation because of that gastrocolic reflex. Constipation is actually kind of relative, you know, to a person's perception what their base line is. Stools becoming more hard, difficulty with defication or ascent ive incomplete evacuation. So how do we know if this miss constant strain?
