The Biggest Challenge for You as a Coach?

The biggest challenge is probably dealing with so many different athletes and across so many different time scales. I'm working with the athlete who's going to a division one school next year, and the middle school aris right alongside of him that doesn't necessarly have the same love for baseball as he does. And also in this role specifically, kind of helping the staff along. There's all the big age difference in coaches, like coaching styles, a far as experience. But, i mean, it's fun because ther a lot of perspectives you get to work with and kind of kind of alk alongside.
