Overestimation of Russian Capacity
I think that if you look at the Russian military, where they really failed was beyond just the lack of will to fight because they didn't know what they were fighting for and didn't know the plan. I think we built up in our heads that they had this great cyber capacity that they could kind of cripple Ukraine and tack the Western financial. So those two things, the overestimation of Russian capability and just failing again to learn the lesson is a big one.
