Neo liberalism is failing to serve business needs of the moment, says Mike Mathewson. He argues that it doesn't seem to be functioning effectively in a pursuing, kind of irrational political strategy with russia. Menow: I'm sympathetic to where george is coming from but i think you can make a case for the the fact that neo liberalism is now not serving business needs at the time. And then there's mamma who was critical of lock down and impressed by states' ability to go against business interest. But mamma had a different reading of what he argues; she said state autonomy could help preserve nature.
