Did the Presiding Authority Get the Sacrament First?

When the church restored in the Whitmer home on April 6, 1830, Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery presided and did the sacrament. There's no record of who got it first; I just don't think they passed it to themselves first. High counselor does not preside. He does not have keys. And so if a high counselor attends your meeting, he does not get passed to the sacrament first.
