Emojis: The Future of Communication

Every day now we have all of these short bursts of communication that we didn't have like 20 years ago. You wouldn't call someone up just to say, I'm having a bad day on the phone. Now you can send that text and people are in a meeting and they have to respond with an emoji. How can we use emojis as part of our works as designers? There is definitely scope here for how we can and should, if not using emojis in our designs, but enabling them. It's beyond words. It's all about emotion and it's a way of communicating efficiently, but also losing aspects of it like you were talking about in the beginning there.
