Optimizing for an a-Cost Goal Is a Mistake and I Love It

A lot of people to run Amazon businesses you know they're either doing this or their agency is doing this or marketing team managing to hit an a-cost goal right advertising cost of sales and you have to consider a cost. Most agencies that I talked to don't actually like collect inventory on hand or know what your lenned cost structure is. They're managing to a specific a-cost and that a-costs probably the a-cost equation is what you spend to what you make but it doesn't account for profitability.
