A Double Sovereign in the European Union
A working union on a democratic base. The wrong nation states being guaranteeous, giving the guarantee that the level of reach is not under gun. If we now come back from this perspective of a double sovereign to our basic question, which further reforms of the existing European leaders are necessary? I can realistically only think in terms of a future Euro-union within a differentiated European Union.
