Climate Justice and the Bi Parson Inferstructure Act
The interstructure act invests $15 billion in replacing lead drinking water pipes. Burning fossil fuels disproportionately affects communities of color because refineries, factories and highways have most often been thrust on those communities. There's also an investment in brown fields and super fund sihts. The implementation of these dollars over the next five to ten years will be now the next important step in delivering these technologies for industrial scale decarbonization.
