Anger Repression

When you feel like you've a safe environment to express emotions that you're repressing in some way, that can be a remarkably healing experience for people. My first tendency that i have to be very conscious about is that i tend to push against the fear, anger or concern of the other person. And it's been a real point of learning for me around allowing people to have that safe expression of emotion with somebody who they view as a supportive and caring individual. I think that mine generally, are more about fear than about anger. But i suspect i do this a little bit with anger too.
