Bitcoin Is Much Better Than a House

Ike: Bitcoin is much better clatteral than a house, yet margin calls trigger well below a hundred %. With mortgages in the vall, if the valy of your home drops, theamount of your debt under water, there's no margin call. Keep making your monthly payment til you get to keep your home. But with bit cointhas you have the volatility risk, obviously. Ike: To try to put it in the category of stocks or bonds doesn't do it justice either. And so that's really the hart of my treatise... i'm trying to get us to think differently about this.
