The government of India has said that the procedure by which a death sentence is to be executed is dependent upon factors such as economic feasibility. So can you unpack what the government means here? Like how does India, do we have a skilling program for executors? Like how do you create a skilled pool of technical personnel who will be good at executions? Right.
