What's the Challenge of Being a Regional Public?
I have been a regional civil servants for 18 years and it has been a real privilege for me to be in this space. In those experiences I've learned more than I could have ever learned from any books or readings or whatever else forms of learning. You learn so much about all these different places and context and how they interact with the world. It still comes back to resources that allow you to be relevant to all 12. And sometimes the literature is not there.
