How I Got Involved in Science

As a child, I would play with remote control cars that took eight hours to charge. After you did this charging process several times, maybe 20, 30 times, you didn't get 25 minutes of play time. That was something that kind of sparked my interest in science. And then just curiosity is like, why is it the batteries aren't as efficient after a few recharges? Those types of questions got me really interested in science and also probably as a result of the hands-on science program. When I got to high school, I had a knack for chemistry. I was just really good at it.
