Sleeping is actually a little bit lonely in the sense that you your taking yourself away from connection and excitement, and ususee to wind down. Lik: For me, i've never been able to get eight hours of sleep. But i'm big on sleep efficiency. So when i am asleep, whether i'm sleeping six, seven, eight, ou whatever number of hours, i want that rem and deep sleep to be a a big percentage of the night.
