Product lead sales is land as little as possible, and realize potential of the account over the years. Sales are incentivized by quota attainment on this quarter. There is an issue with standard sales that is focused on land ARR only when you're trying to do product lead sales. You cannot allow for self-serve monetization channels to compete against self-serves. And if it's not a sure way to kill your reps' own expansion, then they won't be able to make any money at all.
