Document Databases

Superbase is a document collection type of database, which is the primary database that they suggest now. Firebase real-time database is kind of the other flavor of that, which is more of a JSON structured database. Superbase's focus is to enable and make it a little bit easier to take advantage of all of the cool things that already exist in Postgres. It became really popular with the rise of Node.js and a whole bunch of those kinds of full stack JavaScript applications.
