The amount of what we call ghosting by candidates is just incredible. The first candidate i talked to, because she reached out to me on linked in before i was actually looking, wanted to maybe come in two to three days a week after she got used to it. And so that is really changed. Thankfully, weave found a wonderful person, so we're really excited. She started yesterday.
