"I wanted to write a book because I my mum always told me loads and loads of stuff about sex and I found that really uncomfortable and really embarrassing," she says. "Pleasing yourself is a slower process so I think if along with all of that confidence we want for young people they could also make sure that like being sexually satisfied is different to being sexy", the author adds.
