This is like sorcery calling on the spirits. This isn't card tricks, bro, or making the statue of liberty disappear. It's actual witchcraft and stuff. And a number of those who had practiced magic arts brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. Because of this incident, it ends up that Jesus, his name is held in higher regard because he has because of the power that's displayed.
