Aaron: I think if you're a university student you may have some kind of counseling services available through your school. And the last thing is that I'd encourage you to sign up for coaching if you know if you feel like it. Here's what people fundamentally don't get in a group. We all share the same issues. Do stuff together because you're not in this world alone. You'll find people who will be grateful and say hey thanks for pointing this out to me. Thanks for letting me know I'm going to work on it. And by the way thank you for improving every future relationship that I'll ever have because now I'm aware of this.
