Lie: It seems like you could imagine somebody with this perfect recall, who wis still able to decide which memories made him happier. And also, again, at a more metaphysical level, would be able to say, as we understand dogs, that's the same dog? Lie: This is what i don't fully get about it. What i never fully got about his condition is why it attacks his ability to generalize so strongly.
