Is There a Nuclear War in Iraq?

The Iraq war effectively just destroyed any prospects forever having nuclear disarmament within a reasonable timeframe. George W. Bush in his idiocy by directing it at Saddam Hussein in 2003 has likely driven the United States closer to nuclear war than ever before. And I think what clearly the North Koreans, the Iranians, the Russians and the Chinese undercounted is the world's memory relative to the stakes is shorter than they would think.
