The council of chalcedon affirmed he had a human mind, which total depravity says is corrupt and sinful. The argument then from the calvinist will be that jesus took on like a pre fall type of humanity. If we're going to say that spiritual death, guilt, sinfulness,. our flesh will, mind soul are corrupt, and christ like us, christ came like us in every respect, then we are absolutely denying that messiah was our spotless redeemer.
