The Prol Board's Decision to Allow Kally Allard's Day Release
Kally allard was allowed unescorted day release to go to doctor's appointments and parenting programmes with her baby. The board said her behaviour had improved since june 20 fift when she failed the drug test, and her last violent incident was seven years ago. One parol board member said, this ruling is disturbing, but in light of her good behaviour, it should be allowed. Rena's mother Suman says: 'It seems like io, kelly's getting everything she wants'
