David Frum's research has to do with fourth down decisions and football. He says he feels there's a lot of professional research that fiscal policy can be very effective. When i was in the obom administration, certainly later in the obomb administration, when we desperately needed more fiscal stimulus, Policy makers decided that no fiscal policy didn't do anything.
