An AI generated picture recently won first prize at a Colorado art fair. There are also image generator AI technologies that can generate images upon request. The question here would be do these AI technologies genuinely exhibit creative processes and capacities? For example, is there imagination happening? And what about original thinking? Are there mechanisms similar to our own cognitive states? Is evaluation going on?"
