Unilever's Promise to Transition the Workforce
Unilever is talking about ensuring that 80 to 100% of their workforce can be transitioned in the right way. I do think, Brian, you see organizations, and I'm spanning out from Unilever at this point, that are trying to kind of set a new contract with workers. But your part of the bargain has to be to put the time and the investment in having those skills when that time comes. And so I think we're seeing a shift in a bit of the, we want to be a great place for you to have worked and developed your career, but we're not going to be guaranteeing a lifelong employment.
