The Importance of Minimum Viable Action

One of the key things to do is basically find the minimum viable action or behavior that you can do and just start with that. You know, in this case you could be like, just write the outline. And then if you do that, then you accomplish your goal for the day and you're successful or whatever. It's much easier to walk than to go talk to a complete stranger. But once you're walking, it becomes more difficult to stop walking than it is to actually just open your mouth and say hello.
