50% of pastors don't make it five years, 80% don't makeIt 10 years and 10% of pastors retire pastors. The difficulty of dealing with the people that we care for can just come to a head and that's the thing that actually makes us quit. Wrongful expectations about what being a pastor is actually going to be. And so I think that I find that guys realize, it's almost like once you realize your expectations have been off the mark, you either need to pull them back or not do this anymore.
