Dopemoon Fasting - The Ultimate Point of Dopin Fasting

The ultimate point of dopin fasting is to spend less time on behaviors that you decide are not worth while, right? Then it's not necessariy to engage in an abstinence only model. You essentially want to schedule what i call fasting schedules where you don't engage in the behavior that's problematic. I recommend one day at the end of every week, so, like a s Saturday or a sunday. And actually a whole week every year. So when most peoplell go on vacation, at least a week or two every year, that may be a useful time to sort of withdraw and practise almost like an extended fast from that problematic behavior.
