The takeaway there that you've learned is don't underestimate someone that's trying to do something that's going to eat your lunch eventually even though it feels like a terrible business model. And in this case, it was more they were doing something that they didn't believe at scale. So any approach to compete with them has to be competing on a very different angle because yet they can spend you into the dust.
