The Future of Final Cut on the Mac

Final cut on the Mac is not a subscription model. It is a one time purchase. I wonder if the iPad Apple over time get more and more functionality that the one time purchase Mac app doesn't get. But it does look like you can import your motion, like if you use motion VFX graphics and plugins, does look like that will work on the iPad.
