Many unions, of course, aren't in a position to strike. How does a union build its strike muscle outside of those particular historical moments that are truly ripe for a winning strike? Men, i think the first thing is, frienkly, political will. You have to wake up in the morning and decide we're going to going to become a strike ready union. So so one is political will. The second is that you have to actually go from having leadership, like leadership matters," he says.
