Sebi's Failure to Investigate Adani Enterprises

Supreme Court gave two directions, right? One was to investigate whether the minimum shareholding norms were violated or not. The other was that and then whether related party transactions were disclosed as per the law. So these three things, Sebi was supposed to investigate and this committee of people was formed headed by a retired Supreme Court judge. But they were never investigating Adani.
