When I talk about failing, I think of it as a positive. My failures still resulted in me being number 30 out of 900 sales people in the entire company. There's a lot of great people out there that want to help others because just natively inside of them. Find those people because they just want to help you. The people that don't wants to help you, they're in it for themselves and probably have a lot to learn as well.
