Identifying Stem Cells

Stem cells are the really bad guys, because they have so much potential to help tumors vade treatment. Part of the difficulties there aren't very many of these stem cells and it's hard to find them. There are certain set of markers that scientists believe identify stem cells, but there is some debate still about about that. And we're working on head and neck, a squama cell, carsonoma.
