Key opposition figure from russia published pictures of computers used by election officials, apparently in moscow. And these lapdops have ukranian keyboards. So the thinking is that they could have been looted from ukraine and will be used in he russian elections. President putin has signed a decree which could see wat a hundred, 30 odd thousand more service personnel added to the armed forces in the coming months. The defence minister said this was being done deliberately to avoid civilian casualties.
