I think one can be very clear that in the course of human events, it is not always the case that the people are worthy of these rights. The fact that somebody has pended this document and it has received broad general consensus from representatives of the people. And then people then fight on behalf of it does show that the human equality at this moment trumps these more hierarchical concerns precisely because the representatives are acting into the world. Most people won't actually have a revolution so long as the evils they are suffering aren't too bad.
