Don't Choose the Crowd Favorites of the World

I think it's a little harder when you have senior management. You know, that's so ingrained and so in there where nothing gets developers. I mean, of course, I can see one of our people leaving and that's going to be a little bit of a state. And also don't choose the crowd favorites of the world for the same exact reasons because of the size. If your company can sort of instill in its operational processes that may make those transitions a little less disruptive they're going to be disruptiveyou're 30 person company.
