Homo neandertalensis was the product of this evolution, a hominine that had developed intelligence and skill to coexist as tribes who were devoted to each other's well being. In their rapid impressive evolution, neandetole was fully evolved by three to 400 thousand years ago. And due to their success as a species, were able to develop the ability to work closely within their tribes. Their throats had adapted enough to be able to vocally communicate to an advanced level, but not on the level of modern humans. As their hiood bones are believed to have sat quite high in the vocal tract, causing limits to their vocal range. There is a surprising lack of evidence
