The Mixed Picture of Climate Change

With such rich experience of government, do you have a sense of how it can best be steered to deliver the outcomes that we all want? So I mean, I think it's a very mixed picture. What we've seen is a long history of ambitious targets being set and developed world, generally being met in Europe. And almost never being met by developed countries outside Europe. But Americans for the first time ever are doing a better job in delivering than are some of us in Europe.
