Introduction
Sleep researchers have shown that when people haven't had enough rest, they crave food more than is good for them. The relationship between sleep and appetite may have a significant impact on your health and well-being. But it's not all bad news: one recipe had oysters and saffron, and I had such good night's sleep that night I was shocked. And you're doing everything in opposition to what your body's expecting so you're sort of creating the perfect storm.
