How to Communicate Your Concerns Internally Effectively

It seems like everybody we've been communicating with has been getting fired. What's been your communication like with tech workers on the inside of Google and Apple? Is there any way to communicate your concerns internally, effectively? I'm glad you asked that because my view is and always has been no one should make themselves a martyr.
