Carbon Taxation or Tradeable Permits, Does That Make Sense?
i'm kind of shocked at the notion that youview carbon taxation or tradeable permits as somehow wholly inadequate. Most most of what i think we know suggests that when you can provide a centive for people to to worry about carbon emissions, that actually works pretty well. But on the other hand, there's an interesting thing a about the specific issue,. because whell we every economist who's willing to admit that there's any problem there will say, oh, yes, the right way to do is to put a price oncarbon and that’s what we should do.
