There's quantitative active which has been around in e t s for a long time and i find if you design an albarithm to do certain things with the ket and make trades at certain times, to an extent, even equal weightend. So anyone, any active manager, looking to at alpha and wanting an having it on a fund basis, rather than just one on one institutional basis, should very strongly going into the e t f structure.
