Adrenal Veins - Do We Have the Infrastructure in Place to Diagnose Primary Alto?

Do we have the infrastructure in place to test all these patients and potentially get them a curative surgery? I know that's the goal, is if we could cure their hypertension or make it much easier to manage with the surgical procedure. Right now, we only do about 100 adrenal vein sampling cases a year here. We could easily do 600 a year. If we actually started diagnosing primary alto, we could overwhelm the systems.
