We know if we feel good or bad, or just neitheror nothing particular. And this knowing how we feel begins from that basic level. Not everybody can locate and know their emotions. You know, that's something that actually takes practice. We don't choose to have this feeling. All we can choose is how much awareness we bring to the feeling.
